This 100% Pinot Noir was carefully crafted from grapes sourced from teh exquisite Coromandel Peninsula. The 'endless summer' of 2005 resulting in concentrated, richly textured fruit. This wine has bright colour with intense tree tomato and sappy/truffle like characters on the nose. Lush and smooth textured in the mouth it finishes with refined balance and freshness leaving lengthy berry like flavours on the tongue. A wine of good typicity that well drink well 2005-2010.

pressing followed by 16 months oak maturation. The result
is a wine that is deep in colour, teeming with blackcurrants,
chocolate and coffee. The marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon,
